Each year over 5,000,000 people in the U.S. lose power for 3 or more days.  With so many modern day conveniences we have become more and more dependant on power for everything.  Yet with of all our technology, we are not immune from power outages that affect large geographical areas for long periods of time. Have you thought about how you will cook your food when the power is out?
